Absolutely not. Our programs are built to accommodate all fitness levels. Self-defense is fundamentally about leverage, technique, and situational awareness—not brute strength. You will naturally build stamina and conditioning as you train.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing like a t-shirt and gym shorts or sweatpants. Avoid clothing with heavy zippers, buttons, or jewelry that could snag or scratch you or a training partner.
Yes. We focus heavily on practical, functional movements. Our curriculum strips away flashy, cinematic martial arts in favor of high-percentage escapes, striking, verbal de-escalation, and boundary setting designed to work under high-stress conditions.
Safety is our absolute highest priority. All practice sessions are controlled, structured, and conducted at a pace comfortable for you. Sparring or high-impact resistance is completely optional and strictly supervised by certified instructors.
Yes. In addition to our co-ed core framework, we regularly host specific empowerment seminars tailored toward women's safety, as well as age-appropriate situational awareness programs for teenagers.
